God is a party animal.
Almost any kind of doctrine can be created by verse-twisters.
1) God's first, and therefore most important act was makin' babies. (Genesis)
2) Jesus Christ's first miracle was busting out the magic wine.
3) Jesus hung out with prostitutes and sinners. Shouldn't you?
4) God gave Samson, a rebel Nazarene who violated all of his vows, a heavy drinker and harlot-chaser, strength to destroy thousands of his enemies. (Presumably so he could get drunk with whores.)
5) Why break bread with your enemies, love and forgive them? The answer is obvious. Because they party the hardest.
6) Ecclesiastes says too much wisdom is bad for you, too much reading is wearisome. Eat drink and be merry!
7) God's laws are not burdensome. If it's a burden, you're doing it wrong. Lighten up. Be of good cheer!
False doctrines aren't hard to create, but easy to spread. These things will happen. Churches will worship Jezebel and become brothels. Beware the half-truth as much as you avoid the fool who pours out lies.
But no verse in creation contradicts John 3:16. Believe in the Son of Man and be saved. If you do believe, you will confess with your mouth before men, you'll be baptized, your heart will be circumcised, your works will be the evidence of your faith and believers will know you by your fruits.
Faith without works is dead, but the moment you believe, confessing that Jesus is Lord (Something like "Yeshua is Jehovah", that the son is in the Father, or that Father is in the Son) is works, the fruit of your belief which comes from your heart.
"but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven." - Matthew 10
Because...
"A man is not defiled by what enters his mouth, but by what comes out of it.” - Matthew 15
"But I tell you that men will give an account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken." -
"Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?" - 1 Cor 6
Knowing that the saints (believers of Christ) will judge the world...
"Therefore be wise, O kings; be admonished, O judges of the earth." - Psalm 2
