Teach a boy to move an army of ducks, sheep, or cattle, and he'll thereby learn how to lead armies of men, and he will teach his sons and brothers how to be kings.
The faithless install water every ten feet, so the animal doesn't have to move. God believes animals can move themselves. That's why He gave them legs. And the ducks can navigate themselves in swarms many thousands of miles, because the Lord your God made them so.
You don't need to install a sink, trough, pond, or hose onto every part of the farm. Just leave open a lane to the water, and a lane back to their food. If it's a mile, they'll walk it. If it's five miles, they'll walk that, too.
If you have to wander for 40 years through the desert, the ducks and goats and sheep and cattle and donkeys and children can all walk, even if the chickens refuse march with you.
So strap their cages to the cattle and their water and feed to the goats and donkeys and off you go. These creatures are all mobile. And so are you.
Ducks have feet. Almost all our domesticated animals, with the exception of chickens, will follow the animal in front of them. It's a 7-mile walk to the lake.
When we get there, whether I lead myself there or a million at a slow stroll, there's enough water to drink. If I am too tired or too old for the return trip, an animal is too tired to carry me back. If the animal gets tired, I can ask its sisters, brothers, and cousins to divide up the large task to lighten their burden.
Maybe I will ride one for a mile, then switch. Maybe they will team up to pull a wagon.
Be fruitful and multiply. Because the Lord has provided for each of His creatures on the whole earth.
Not one of these millions of millions of animals needs a birth control to have a life of abundance. How much more abundantly will your Father provide for you if you walk in His ways?
